Melmoux Carole

French artist born in 1971. Her paintings are not representations of reality. They are rather, visions, which offer one the opportunity to see reality in a different way. However she paints a lot on plein air… this is her most important inspiration…
She writes… “Painting is like writing a personal diary. A work develops as a meditation, with us like a companion, mirroring the interlacing of our souls and the links with reality It is an endless path”. The painter makes us look at reality differently, showing us the beauty in common things. Beauty takes many different forms from those in which reality proposes and the painter attempts to show this sort of mysterious knowledge…
